Made In Chelsea star Emily Blackwell has shared a mix of joy and challenges as she announced the arrival of her daughter, Eva June Oldershaw. Born 10 weeks prematurely, baby Eva faced a difficult start but has shown incredible strength. Now safely at home, Emily reflects on the toughest yet most rewarding journey of her life.
A Challenging Start
In an emotional video set to Frank Ocean’s Godspeed, Emily showed moments from Eva’s journey in the hospital. The video included Eva in an incubator, being cuddled by her dad Jordan, and eventually being carried home in a car seat. Emily described the past months as the hardest of her life, with long hours spent by monitors and alarms, feeling completely helpless.
A Strong Little Fighter
Emily shared how difficult it was to see her baby covered in wires and unable to hold her without assistance. Yet, she praised Eva’s strength and resilience. “She’s one tough little lady,” Emily wrote, expressing her relief and gratitude that Eva is now safe at home.

Thanking the Team and Her Fiancé
Emily extended heartfelt thanks to the NHS staff and the team at Chelsea Westminster Hospital for their care. She also praised her fiancé, Jordan Oldershaw, for his support and love during this time. Emily noted how Jordan managed to juggle fatherhood and running his business, calling him “a rock” for her and Eva.
A New Chapter as a Family of Three
Emily and Jordan, who announced their engagement earlier this year, had revealed they were expecting a baby girl in a sweet gender-reveal video. Now, they are embracing life as a family of three and soaking up every moment with their newborn.
While Eva’s arrival wasn’t as planned, Emily’s love and gratitude for her daughter shine through, marking the beginning of a joyful new chapter.
